How am I going to be billed for the Smart BBMe packages?

Package cost for Smart prepaid subscribers will be deducted from their airtime load.

Is there a maintaining balance for the Smart BBMe Packages?

Prepaid subscribers need to maintain Php 1 airtime load in order to continue to avail of this service during their subscription.

Will I be allowed to have multiple subscriptions?

No. Subscribers can only avail of one subscription at any given time and will not be allowed to register for a new package if they still have an active subscription.

Subscribers may only be able to avail of a new package if their current subscription has already expired.

Will the availed package auto-renew once the validity period has ended?

No, package availment is not auto-renewable. Upon subscription expiration, service will be discontinued until subscriber purchases a new package. This applies to all packages.
